We are looking for a Head chef and Sous chef to join the Trevare team this summer.
After running the factory kitchen for two seasons on our own, we now up the game and are looking for ambitious and fun people to join our family. We need a Head Chief to help us figure out this seasons menu and set the tone and pace for the coming summer months.
We need you to be professional, positive and curious about everything that goes on in the nordic restaurant scene, both on a local and international scale. We place a huge emphasis on inclusion at Trevarefabrikken ; one of the main foundations of our team culture. You should hold enough confidence to help every person around you. You strive to make your teammates better than you – you ensure that newcomers do not fall into the mistakes that you have made.
Furthermore, you have a basic understanding of wine and beverages in general. The perfect candidate has had a few years of experience, speaks fluent English, and preferably one or more languages.

And we are looking for a passionate and dedicated chef. We are looking for those who share our vision of creating a fun and unique meeting place in the heart of Lofoten.
-At least 5 years of experience in similar establishments
-Fluent in English, and preferably Norwegian
-Good leadership skills
-Possesses knowledge on HACCP
